I save some money not a whole lot but some on somethings but you earn cash back that you actually see and get to use to your purchase. Only twn dollars for every 300$ you spend I believe. Very clean store the associates are very helpful especially at the registers. Only once dis i have a coupon to get my regular item and they didnt have the product in stock. There is on the deli compared to local food stores. Somethings are higher at bjs then the food stores. You gotta know your stores and the prices before you go shopping so you know if your actually saving.very clean and organized. A little pricy with somethings.....

I have always been a Bjs member but this place is horrible with customer service. I have been a member in NYC and Florida. My husband was at the Deli counter and both ladies were being rude to him. I was like no That'S not acceptable. I went to the store manager and complained. My husband did not serve this country to be treated like that!! If this happens again I will switch to Sam's or Costco.

Very few real deals at this store. Sometimes they have decent coupons in the store newsletter. The people who work there barely want to do their jobs and would rather pal around with each other. The store is consistently in a minor state of disarray that doesn't make it feel welcoming. Luckily, I only took up the free trial membership. I will not become a full member. I will wait to see what CostCo brings to the table.
