I need to have my grass cut for me due to health complications. They always do a good job with my yard and usually have the job done in a timely matter. The only complaint I really would have is that the day they come to mow is always a gamble--we are scheduled to have our yard mowed every two weeks and they always come on a different day. But the yard is always done very well, so I don't have any serious complaints.

Had it set up for them to come out every Friday. Came out first Friday did a half a** job said they would be back out and make it look better. Two weeks later show up at 7 pm spends about 15 mins on yard and leaves. Fast forward three weeks shows up on a Monday at 7 pm looking to cut the grass. If you set it up for a Friday should be out on a Friday not whenever you feel like it.

You just made an enemy with someone you don't want to. I initially called them because my husband just had eye surgery and we needed our grass cut. I got an outrageous quote but was willing to go through with it because, again, my husband just had surgery and out grass needed to be cut. When I called them they continuously hung up on me and never called me back. This is absolutely the worst customer service I've ever had and you shouldn't treat anyone like that at all. I'll make sure to post on your Facebook page, tell everyone in radcliff how terrible you are. I will not stop until everyone know how bad your customer service is and I'll take my business elsewhere. Radcliff and Cine Grover are small cities and you just messed with one of its popular people!!!!!!!!!!

Great service, great company!!!! They went above and beyond when I needed them last minute for a birthday party. Amazing customer service and I am very very satisfied!!!
