I hadn’t been in in awhile, but I really wanted a Scram-bowl today, so after my sons dentist appointment, we went. It was gross. I propped up my bowl with a spoon to try to drain away some of the grease. I was really hungry, so I did eat most of it, but I was definitely filled with regret afterward. I gave three stars, because every other time I’ve been, I’ve really enjoyed it, but this was a total loser visit.
Great experience. Staff were very friendly - especially our server Jennifer! Food was exactly what I expected - good, fast and filling. If you're stopping at the Tesla Supercharger or just need a break passing through, skip the McDonald's and give this spot a go.
Such a wonderful diner restaurant, the staff was very friendly, I mean every single one. The service is incredible. The food is very filling and delicious. We went there on Christmas Day and the restaurant was very busy but you can see they tried to serve you asap. Also you can have the contactless menu and pay your bill on your phone. That’s awesome if you have Covid concerns.
It was a little bit of a wait but we came at a time I'd expect to be busy. Food was hot & generously portioned; dessert cobbler & pie always delicious! The only disappointment was their shake machine was broken, the waitress said it has been outta commission for 3 wks. Bummer....
So... Don't get me wrong. It's cute and all, but the slowness of the service is just next level. Not necessarily the service once you sit down, but the time in line waiting to be seated and the time it takes waiting in line to pay even when very few people are ahead of you. I know a lot of places are having issues with staffing, but even when staff is all over those two processes are still slow. Anything involving the counter. The banana pie was really gross, but their burgers, fries and ranch are usually pretty tasty. Pig in a blanket made into a volcano is fun for kids to make "erupt" with syrup! In general their food is okay but not great, not sure what about it makes it not as great as others. Bathrooms smell nice and are kept pretty clean. Usually kinda loud when we go here. Prices are average. Ordered orange juice... I thought it was fresh squeezed here still but maybe I'm wrong cause it definitely tasted like the frozen kind. People are nice though. Tesla charging station out back.
Waited an hour and left the food on the plate. It was so gross!! We’ve been to so many black bear diners, the ranch tasted weird, potato wasn’t fresh and the salmon was SUPER hard and over cooked. So gross and the server didn’t seem to care and gave us the bill to pay as usual.
Dinner on 9/22/22 - no turkey, no baked potatoes, disappointing. Had chicken pot pie, kind of meh. But we had Ron as our waiter and that made this a terrific experience. Wonderful sense of humour, warm, polite, professional, outstanding service. He's a gem, very happy to have encountered Ron, made our day. Very happy we stopped in, memorable in a very good way!
I've never been dissatisfied with the food at BB, but the service was super slow. Our waiter was awesome however took just over an hour from time order was placed until it was brought to our table. I assume this is a labor shortage issue. That said I'd have no problem returning!
Greeter/Cashier was rude when I requested for a booth. Took us to the farthest booth by the back door. There was a large gash on the seat and cold area. We were away from the main area. Server was nice. Only reason not receiving a 1 star. Sausage was burnt. Not returning.
I did pick up and the food was great Food: 4/5
