I've been wanting to try this place for awhile. The food was decent, the service was good and the atmosphere was nice. What I did not like was their prices. They are way too high for what you get. They also added upcharges for things their menu said it included. If I were to compare them to a restaurant in their league I would say they are a down graded version of Sweet Tea Express. We will be sticking to Sweet Tea Express when it comes to this type of food. They have much bigger portions, better quality food and they are transparent about their menu.

This is not a 5 star restaurant but for a comfy place to eat. The service was very good but it was not over busy when I was there. I tried the special which was the Meat Lover. It remind me of a main landers idea of a Loco mocho. Bread and potatoes instead of rice with meat, eggs and gravy on top. It was good but I like the Hawaiian version better.

Was on vacation from Texas visiting friends and they took us there and found out the owners are from Texas too. Small world. The red velvet cheesecake was amazing I'm ready to go back for more if you know me the dessert is the appetizer and the start to every good meal.Food: 5/5

This was the 2nd time we have eaten here and just like the first time the food was delicious. The first time we had homemade soup and is was the best I've ever had. This time we opted for the homemade chicken pot pie. Boy was it good! The coffee was hot right down to the last drop. The food was hot too. Not barely above warm hot, but better blow on it before you take a bite hot. It have been a long time since I've been served hot coffee and food in a restaurant. Will be eating here again!

Another great eatery in Grants Pass.  The Cinnamon Roll French Toast is amazing. Very friendly wait staff and we got there just before lunch so the atmosphere was very tranquil. I will be bidding again to try the Cuban Sandwich :

I normally do not leave reviews but if you want good quality food at a fair price I would not recommend the Train Depot! Very small portions, poor flavor, overpriced and the food was soaked with grease!

Great food and excellent service! The decor is charming and a very comfortable atmosphere.

We had delicious made to order chicken pot pie. My only criticism is I would've liked a darker crust. The service was very good even though they were busy. The delicious coffee is from Rogue Roasters and I would go just to drink it. Yum!

Gave two tries, thinking maybe first time was a fluke. Food is ok, not great. This time I ordered eggs over easy and got them overcooked, no runny yolk. Waitress not very attentive both times. No to go box offered, coffee not refilled in a timely fashion and only offered once in an hour. No welcome or goodbye greeting. Kitchen staff outside smoking cigarettes blowing into parking lot both times.
