I live outside of Boston Mass. I have named my 2016 street Glide ( Black Bear). 
Some of my friends were riding back from NC
And stopped by blackbear Harley. So knowing about the love for my bike my friends got me a poker chip. 
A week later I jumped on line and checked out there website I called to see if they had the tee shirts can't recall the girl I spoke with in motorclothes 
She was  awsome I texed her pictures  of the shirts I wanted 
Called me back made sure I was happy and asked if there was anything I needed. I was  Absolutely blown away by the customer service The friendliness from blackbear Harley Davidson A few days later my order came in the mail. 
Just the other day I called again why because I order more from blackbear Harley Davidson 
This time I spoke with Pagie again I was amazed on how I was treated as if I was standing right in front of her. And now I'm waiting for the mail to come. I have been a lot of Harley Davidson dealership. And there customer service was down right  Terrible. 
Any  Business and other Harley dealers want to know what great customer service is like go  over to blackbear Harley Davidson in Va 
The staff is amazing helpful the Owner knows how to do things right and treat people and is blessed with an amazing staff. I know where I would go to by my next bike from or for anything else you beat your ass I'm going to blackbear Harley Davidson. 
Can t wait to take a ride down and vist the great staff at blackbear Harley Davidson.
