In the past, given my eleven years of business with Huff Ford. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Work done was of good quality. Staff was very professional. The waiting area was uncomfortable but now nonexistent and customers have to sit in the showroom. They also do not offer loaner cars. Further experience with this company has demonstrated a sharp decline in customer service. During a repair damage to the car's body was not revealed and when notified that it was noticed a bit later they denied it and have refused to correct the slight damage. As well, their body shop, of the same company name, after making a faulty repair refuses to make corrections. They ignore complaints and refuse to return calls. They obviously are having staffing issues and turnover. Customer services have greatly suffered and customer satisfaction appears no longer a priority.

A great experience, this is an older store, but clean and inviting. The sales staff, Daniel, Randall, and Corey, all worked hard to put together a fair deal in a short time. While there I had the pleasure of watching the service staff interact with customers in a very personal and caring way. Highly recommended

I had a great buying experience at Huff Ford. The salesman Sam Songer was great and had great customer service and friendliness. The other staff were great too. The trade in a appraiser was willing to take a second look at my vehicle to see what he could work with me on my trade. The fiance person Wendy was great and helped greatly with picking the right options and warranty for me. The sales manager was very friendly and came over several times while I was waiting to make sure everything was going well. Sam helped me get the vehicle I wanted and the price I wanted for my trade in and helped me chance everything over to the vehicle I purchased. Great Experience all the way around. There prices are fair and worth the trip.

My Husband and I absolutely LOVE our 2015 Dodge Journey. I had tried several dealerships and Huff Ford was my last try. I didntd think they would work with us. I spoke with Sammy that morning and he had us approved and in a vehicle mid day. Thank you to Sammy and the Huff Ford staff! The Halea
