Main waterline broke before the meter at 9pm. Called Black Diamond and Jessie was out before schedule.  He did an awesome job and I'd highly recommended him and Black Diamond.  This company uses thicker copper and the best shut off valves on the market. High end and great customer service, what else can you ask for. Thanks again!

We called this company on a Sunday for a plumbing issue.  They came out and routed about 10' and decided that they were going to have to cut out the back deck and bring excavating equipment in to dig up the yard.  Called someone else and they fixed the problem without all that destruction at a reasonable rate, much less than the Sunday charge from Black Diamond. Black Diamond charged $788 just for the Sunday visit and wanted almost $3k to finish the job. The other plumber charged $350 and fixed it!

We had a great experience with this company and more specifically with Mario. He did a fantastic job, and it was a pleasure to have worked with him. We would definitely recommend these services.

I received a quote yesterday for installation of a NEMA 14-50 outlet and 50A service to our garage to charge our new Tesla. The guy was very nice and professional but the quote was in outer space. I was quoted $1250 to run 70 feet of 6-2 wire in conduit and install the outlet... ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE DRYWALL!!! I promptly rejected his quote and went to Menards to purchase everything I needed (~$200 in materials) and spent the next 2 hours installing it. The tech said the install would take him 8 hours. HA! I wanted a quote because i didnt want to have to deal with it but for over $1000 in savings i handled it just fine. I will never give this company another thought again.

In response to the owner's response on my husband Tom Danielson's review:
You said you emailed and called to make sure our issue was resolved.  We have not received any phone calls or emails other than someone returning each of our calls. 
You said that you issued us a check last week.  We had not recieved the check and called several times and today was told that she didn't know who dropped the ball but the check had not been cut yet.
If we owed you $40 we would be expected to pay timely and you would call until we paid.  Must be different "rules" when you owe us $40.
As you suggested around 10:50am we did call the number provided to discuss our issue.  The person who answered the phone was nice and said she would look into it and call us right back.  12 hours later and we are still waiting for a call back. 
That's what we call fantastic customer service. NOT!
