This is one of the friendliest casinos you will ever experience.  I have been coming to black oak casino since it was a little steel hut way back when.  Or lets just say since it started as a little acorn.  They truly make you feel like family. And not only locals but everyone that walks through their doors.  The place is impeccably clean which I feel speaks volumes of the overall moral of the employees. Most importantly it's just plain fun for the whole family🎲🎰🃏

Pretty hidden and away from everything. Great food. Service was surprisingly good. the atmosphere isn't just a casino, the concept reminds me of Las Vegas establishments in the late 90's (the concept, not the decor) when it was more fun to go to a casino because there was more to do than gamble. great experience.

Hundreds of slots. Comfortable chairs. Clean everywhere! Restrooms with plenty of stalls, sinks, and always well stocked. Entertainment is nice. Hotel rooms are beautiful and comfortable. 
Players win and winners play.

Good slots and tables as well. Kevin, one of the pit bosses is the friendliest pit boss around. The players club points is lacking in rewards but the free play is good. Good luck finding a machine or table on the weekends and the slots tighten up significantly. I guess that's to be expected. Overall Black Oak is a great experience.

Went to entertain out of country house guest. Chose this place because it boasted gaming room and bowling for the family. I took the kids to gaming room while our guest visited the casino. Game room was quite small and one game to entertain toddler. Even understaffed, customer service was pleasant. We had dinner at buffet, and I think they could give more attention to menu and temperature prime rib was cold. Steamed food seemed somewhat dried out. I do not recommend the buffet, but the waitresses were great. Should have chose another place,
