They are absolutely the best you will find. We are so thankful to have found them. Always here when they say they will be. Very conscientious with their work and very honest. The charge for our work was exactly what he told us even with changes. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Had these folks come out to do an estimate on replacing my two frost proofs out by the barn. Not only did they give me a reasonable quote but the gentleman offered up a solution to another plumbing problem I've had for years. While I pride myself on doing my own maintenance around the farm this company made me a satisfied customer.

Billy's staff did excellent work in my home. I am very thankful for the beautiful job they did in such a professional and timely manner. I feel like I am walking into a spa every time I walk into my newly remodeled bathroom. Silly to some I'm sure, but a fancy bathroom was something I have always wanted and they delivered. I had zero problems getting them to coordinate with the tile guy.

My sister recommended them to me for portable toilets for my job site. They do a great job, infact they do such an excellent job we now use them for family reunions. In all my years of construction I've never saw someone clean a portable toilet with a smile, after using Blackburn plumbing for the last year I've seen it a bunch of times.
