In town visiting some friends and I got to try this joint out. I ordered delivery and the fella on the phone was really helpful and a true gentleman. The delivery was way quicker than he estimated. The pizzas were really good, but the Full House calzone was out of this world! It was quite large and cooked to perfection. The seasoning on it was just right with the combination of meats and cheeses. I'm not a huge marinara sauce fan, but what they sent for dipping must have been sent straight from heaven because it was awesome! I'm glad I got to try this place on for size! I ate the calzone before I could get a picture of it...

Awful!!! Horrible costumer service and it was from one of the managers!!! I ordered and payed for 2 sides of garlic butter with my pizza that I never got delivered to me. When i called to see if they can either not charge me for it or deliver it to me the manager said it would take over an hour to do so!!! Or she can send me a coupon for some free bread in the mail... When i told her that neither of those sound like a solution to me and that i couldn't believe that's all she can do for me even though this is the third time this has happened she just said sorry and hung up on me! Good job blackjack you just lost a customer due to your lack of customer service! Never ordering from that place again!

I absolutely love this place order from here all the time!! Everybody is always so nice!! And helpful!! Only black jack ill go to in town or pizza place for that matter its always good!! Steven the delivery man was so friendly thank you again!!!! And when i have the older women (sorry i didnt catch your name last time) she is awesome too ;) thank you all for the amazing service, friendly staff, and or course the amazing pizza!!

9/30/2017 Went to get some pizza last night. We ordered two pizzas with extra cheese. When we got home, the pizzas did not have extra cheese. We took the pizza back, and had to sit and argue with the owner for 30 minutes about why he should have to re-make the pizzas. He would only remake one, as he stated the other pizza does not come with extra cheese. When you look at the online menu, the Full House comes with extra cheese. The owner said he would have to change the menu online. Be aware, when you do call and complain at this location the owner responds with you are only complaining because you are drunk!! He then begins accusing you of drinking to much, and that is why you complain. We will never be back at this location. The location at 75th and Sheridan is much better, with honest ownership and integrity. When we did leave the parking lot, two employees outside apologized to us for the way their owner acted. Will never be back again.

Ordered a medium sized pizza which is what I would normally order from domino's pizza as well. the medium from black jack was alot smaller and the pizza was not hot it was barely warm. The price they charge is too high for the quality of their food. I Will never order from here again!
