I live one mile away from this place. I ordered one pizza and was told to expect it in 30 minutes. Called back an hour later when it still had not arrived. They told me that no one answered when the driver knocked on the door which is not possible because we were sitting on our front porch while waiting. They sent another and told us to expect it in 15 minutes......35 minutes later I called back and whoever answered the phone was incredibly rude to me. The second pizza did arrive about 40 minutes later and it looks like someone put floor sweepings on it underneath the cheese. What is going on with this place, really? Incredibly disappointed, will be contacting their corporate offices because this pizza is inedible and if the staff if messing with peoples food, as it appears they are, they could seriously endanger someones health.

Although my wait was longer than Expected I stood and watched how Willy worked and pushed for my order to come out faster. I’m super happy with Angelo as well, the cashier who took my order, he was very positive regardless the demanding busy environment. These two guys made my wait worth it! -Sandra

Very disappointed that Papa Johns at this location decided to stop doing carry-out after 10pm. I work in Loveland and get into Thornton around 10:10-15  and this was awesome for us for dinner  as I could just stop by and pick it up. We've never been big on delivery. Very sad this location decided to do this. We've since decided to take our business elsewhere and we're still getting the same price and can depend on carry-out. We'd bring our business back if they changed carry-out time because I really like Papa Johns pizza and the staff. The staff was awesome. Just really disappointed we can't pick up pizzas there anymore after 10pm.

I'm at my friends house and we ordered a pizza. Our order was comfirmed. On confirmation it said 17-27 minutes. After 30 minutes We were notified that our pizza was done and was on its way. Store is less than  10 minutes away. Our pizza never showed up. After 30 minutes of waiting I tried to call and no answer.  We were very angry being that it was late at night and we could not order pizza somewhere else, after  waiting for over an hour for pizza that didn't show. Being that we ordered pizza for convenience, I am very displeased as could not get food delivered elsewhere because we waited for over an hour for our pizza.  It is too cold to walk somewhere to get food and we do not have transportation. This is not first time had a problem with this Papa Johns and am very upset. I would like to know why this happened and why I am reading has happened to others and still is a reoccurring problem

Angelo was beyond nice, happy, and helpful!!! Screw the NFL bullcrap going on!! Stole my business from Dominoes, thank Angelo for that!!! Best wishes an Happy New Year to you and your staff!!!
