First timers, food was good, okay. The dining area could've been cleaner but overall it was a nice experience. I'm not sure what their dish washing process is but our bowls and plates did have a little bit of old stuck on sauce. The cashier Autumn was very sweet and nice though! She was also very helpful with helping us with our order since it was our first time. I would give her alone 5 stars if I had the option. Thanks!

Very decent Italian that adults and kids enjoy. Made quickly and served fresh. Generous portions,and good prices. Especially on the family meals. We eat from there at least once a week. Oh,and the bread sticks are absolutely perfect!

Friendly hard-working staff, great breadsticks, excellent baked spaghetti! Delicious cheesecake selection! The side salad is lacking big time though! Also I wish they'd go back to playing old school Frank Sinatra style music... the music they play now is terrible!!

If I could give 0 stars I would ! Worst Fazolis I’ve ever been to ! While simply us double checking our order the manager Jennifer decides to roll her eyes and give us attitude. Once I noticed I decided to ask for the corporate number because it was obvious not even the manager cared about giving attitude. She right away told me she didn’t have it and shut the window as I was speaking . I told my sister who was driving to knock on the window and ask for the name of the manager at least . Jennifer the manager opens the window and tells us she’s going to call the cops if we didn’t move . Can’t believe that even the cashier had better attitude than the so called  manager. Speechless ! Already called corporate on this horrible manager !
