F&F has a very diverse selection. I like their auto department as they have good lubricants in bulk at a fair price Very good selection of tools and guy stuff for building projects in the shop. They also have stuff for around the house and extensive Pet area including horse stuff. Also a auto repair shop but personally for me having them service stuff is limited to busting tires.

I'm always happy with my shopping experience here. Sometimes they may be busy. Sometimes they may not have enough cashiers at checkout when I want them. However, I always find what I need. The prices are right. And I'm always treated like they want me to shop here again.

I would not return to their garage and service center. Pre-purchase new tires and was told to arrive the next morning for a quick installation. Arrived ahead of opening get hours with a new crew behind the counter and informed it would be a 90 minute wait. 2 hours later were told that there were still 5 cars ahead of us. Wasted half of our day, and never given a straight answer. Lower price for tires but not worth the poor service and not being given a straight answer or timeline.

It was pretty good. There were always people to help. The one thing I didn't like was that there were a few employee that were snotte.

Do not use their service center/tire center. Per the other reviews I got the run around getting warranty work set and scheduled. When I finally brought the car in I asked how long to do the work and was told 45 minutes. Then, with the tech I reviewed a discount I was due to get (it was in writing on the service order related to the appointment) I was given attitude and told no discount. After a brief exchange where I firmly explained the run around I was getting as inappropriate, the tech then smirked and stated he'd get to my work sometime during the day. I noted his name and asked for the store manager. The tech smugly states that the store manager can't help me, only the shop manager. I ask for shop manager. After a 5 minute wait shop manager shows up ready to put me in my place. I look him in the eye and lean forward to the counter and firmly repeat conversation - then noted the run around and the threat from the tech to get to my car later; did not break eye contact or back down one second. Shop manager backs down, grants me my discount and agrees that since I have an appointment my car will be done in 45 minutes. Car done in 1.5 hours...shop manager and initial tech with attitude not around during this time. Stay away from this place - they treat their customers like dirt...for tires, it's back to Discount Tire in Waukesha for me. The drive is longer but they treat their customers with respect AND have a clean waiting room AND clean shop.
