The team here blows customer service out of the water! They treat each person as if they have known them for a long time, plus the food is amazing and fresh! I love that I can pick my own toppings if I want to or can order and go.

placed an order via phone and arrived minutes later to no line and no wait yet my order was not started.  once on location I waited patently as the young staff cleaned off the sandwich making boards and stacked them vertical, one end on the wall and the other on the tile floor, unsanitary I feel. nonetheless waited for my sandwich which was wrapped up to go. while getting my soda however I heard one of the employees say "well who is sandwich is this, a pep melt?" which is what I ordered. pulled open my back to reveal jiberish written on my sandwich. The employee opened it up to reveal the wrong sandwich. The young lady then gave me another one and said "well this one must be yours then." I then promptly opened it myself on the counter to reveal what was ordered. I was then told "sorry about that" and walked away. Not a good experience this evening, which sucks cause I love their subs.

I put in an online order and arrived 5 minutes early. I didn’t assume that my sandwich was ready and mentioned to the cashier that I was early. When she told the other girl that was there that I had arrived, the lady said (loud enough for the whole restaurant to hear her) “She’s 5 minutes early” with a noticeable attitude. When the cashier told her that I wanted my sandwich “toasted” the lady also had an attitude about that knowing I was standing right there and said “I can’t toast it but we can put the meat on the grill” also with a noticeable attitude. I assumed my food would be ready within that 5 minutes since she was so annoyed that I was there “5 minutes early”, but it was not ready for about 10 minutes. 
This is not my first time with issues at this location. The only reason I come back is for the food, which I will no longer do because I have yet to have a positive experience here.
