Matt was our sales person and he was outstanding. He answered all of our questions and never made us feel rushed. My wife and I would definitely recommend coming here and working with Matt. We are buying our second mattress and we will make sure to come back when we need to purchase another. Matt showed top tier customer service!

My experience at Mattress Firm was very pleasant and relaxing. The sales associate was extremely patient as I was laying on multiple beds trying to make up my mind. He even put my mind at ease reminding me several times that if for any reason I was not happy with the bed that I could exchange it with the first 120 days of delivery. The price was alarming but the sales associate pointed out the 10 year warranty was included in the price. In the end I said what the heck and went with the more expensive bed. I can't wait until it gets here! I would absolutely go back for future bed purchases! Especially if they give free stuff!
