We rented a class A motorhome for 3 weeks and had a beautiful vacation. Probably due to my English we had some communication problems at the booking, but at arrival it was ok. And returning the RV was also without any problems. Unfortunately they do not support "Early Bird" or transport from/to airport, which would be a help for international guys like us.

This is a family operation They treated me and my family very well We had our best family vacation to date renting one of their RVs Very easy to work with I will definitely rent from them again

First off, Our RV Trip was great! We rented a Class A RV and had a great time in it. Rent-n-Travel is and was difficult to communicate with. There were a few issues with the RV (nothing major) that I had to figure out on my own due to the poor communication and sub-par customer service. I probably won't rent from this location again due to the difficult communication and customer service.

We rented a travel trailer last fall (2016) from here and I would not recommend at all. The whole experience was un-enjoyable. I would have expected customer service of a small business to be at the forefront of concern, but it was far from it and many things added up to an overall terrible experience. It all started when I called in to ask some questions regarding their trailers and rental policies. I had some questions I couldn't find any answers to on the website. When I called to get more information the man who helped me was very rude and short with my questions as if he did not have time for it. I didn't think much of it at the time as it could have been busy and he could have been in a bad mood. I decided it would be easier to come in person to get my questions answered. When I visited to get more information I had no issues. I got the information I needed and the man who helped me that time was very friendly. I reserved a travel trailer for 3 months out in September of that year. Come September when I showed up to pick up my trailer they ended up mixing up some reservations and had actually given away the trailer I had reserved months earlier to someone else that day. This was a little frustrating as I had requested that one specifically because of the layout and size. Well, they didn't have one of the same model available so they upgraded me to a larger one at the same price. Not what I had wanted, but I took the gesture in good faith as they had tried to make their mistake right. We got everything hooked up, the wireless brake controller (which we rented from them), lights, and all equipment was working and we departed without issue. We stayed one night at a campsite about 2 hours away and then departed for another campsite about an hour from that one the following day. All hookup and disconnect between the two days went off without a hitch (no pun intended). Everything worked fine. The problem ended up occurring when we left the second campsite several days later. When we went to hookup the camper to our vehicle the wireless brake controller would not connect. I thought the unit might need to be re-paired to the controller unit on the trailer itself so I performed that process. Did this several times without success and thought I may have a bad fuse or connection on my vehicle. I checked all fuses and wire connections on my vehicle with and ohmmeter and all were in working order. After repeated, unsuccessful, attempts to get the brake controller unit to pair we enlisted the help of some other campers we were with to try and troubleshoot. We worked on trying to get the brake controller to connect for several hours without success. We even bought NEW fuses just to be sure. No go. I was beginning to think maybe there was something else wrong with my vehicle (however unlikely) that was causing the malfunction so we hooked up THREE different trucks of the other campers I was with at the time and NONE of the vehicles were able to work with the wireless brake controller. And yes, the correct wiring is setup in these trucks. The people I was with also towed their campers to the site and have been camping for 30+ years so it's not like inexperience was the issue here. To make a long story short, we left the travel trailer there since the electric brakes were not working and we had to leave the trailer there. We showed up at Rent-N-Travel early the next morning to try and sort things out and this is where everything sours. Instead of doing the right thing like a business should have done (which is to work with the customer) they immediately took an accusatory tone. I had to call to find out what the status was since they never called me back like they said they would. The man (who I think is the owner) was very rude to me again and said everything worked fine and I wouldn't get my deposit back. I find this hard to believe, but it's my word (and many other campers) against theirs. If you are considering using Rent-N-Travel, I would urge you to reconsider. There are many better options in the metro area.
