Management is poor, the manager guy is a complete jurk and this Vern guy who owns and finance's some of the trailers is a scammer

Lived here from several years.  The lot rent goes up $20 every two years. Included in the lot rent is water, sewer, garbage, and theoretically snow plowing. Snow plowing is not the best. He normally plows us in. Generally speaking it is a good, quiet Park

Its a quiet and peaceful place to live in I agree with those who said the same, however the guy in management does not do a good job at all in plowing the streets in the winter. There has been many times where I see young children sliping on their way to the bus, the trailer park also needs more lighting at night. Theres blocks with no light and it can be dangerous for our children as well when they get home from school during the winter when its dark by 5pm. I find it unfair that they keep making an upcharge on the lot rent for "improvements" of the trailer park but nothing is ever done.

Lived here my whole life and went down hill since the manager stuff got split up into 3 shifts with 3 different people very hard to know who's on duty or not also never gets iced here in winter not in the last 6 years or so
