Have been doing business with Blair's for several years.  Became representative for our school with Bob, Mary, Al and had fantastic service while being treated with respect as I entered the store.  Lately there have been some good changes in display and availability of some  products.  There is, however, a concern in management change which has resulted in loss of great customer service and product knowledge for employees with little to no product knowledge and a lack of the good old customer service skills.  I feel like I'm walking into a big box store with interest only in the bottom line.  If not for Mary and Al, I would recommend finding another hardware store. We have in the last 3 years purchased many thousands of dollars worth of large machines and products due to service and product knowledge.   Sad to say this atmosphere has eroded to just another box store attitude.  Thanks Mary, Al, and those who have gone before that made my visits a look forward to experience.  Now others, sad to say, are getting our business.

I have been a customer for many years. I have always received great service with fair prices at their store. I recently purchased a new gas grill and worked with Mary over the phone to place the order and to have it set up and delivered. Everything came out perfectly and the grill itself is awesome. One of the best purchase experiences I have ever had through a retail store.  Highly recommend / you won't be disappointed.  Also the  price was extremely competitive, better than the usual box stores.

I came into Blair's as I had just recently purchased my very first home and needed some new paint as well as other random items. Not knowing what color that I exactly wanted, I was helped out by a wonderful woman named Laura who is a Store Manager. Laura went above and beyond and helped me figure out which paint was going to be best for my new home as well as showing me where the other items on my list were located. I was feeling so overwhelmed with everything that I needed and if it weren't for Laura, I don't know what I would have done! Thank you, Laura for everything! This was my first trip to Blair's and because of Laura, I will definitely be back!

I am very disappointed in Blairs. They have a new obnoxious female manager who is rude. Ever since she became manager, almost all of the good employees have left or aren't that helpful anymore. The last few times I've gone here I've walked right by groups of employees standing around and not a single one approached me or asked if I needed help. They used to be so good at this; that was the reason I went here. Now you're lucky if an employee makes eye contact with you. You might as well go to Home Depot; you'll get ignored there too.

Friendly, helpful staff. They have a lot of hard to find household hardware, and   knowledgeable employees
