Staff isn't very helpful. Couldn't figure out how to special order a product for me. 

Another negative experience. An employee couldn't be bothered to help find an item that I was asking for help to find.

Almost all  Employee have no manners. Bad experience. Store is nice. Employees,  Managers  joking bad jokes. I do not like my kids listening to that kind language or sign.

Manager helped get us a better deal on top of the 11% rebate.. Wooohooo!

Prices comparable to places like home depot and Lowe's.  Staff is friendly and helpful.  I just wish they would eliminate the rebate/rain check program that only provides in-store credit.  To those not in the know this can be very deceiving for first timers who use this.  Id rather get a check I can cash and use where I want instead of being forced to use it there.

Lazy childish staff. Store in disarray. Management needs to be fired and staff needs a going through. Staff too busy checking phones and playing grabass to actually work. Last time we will visit this location. Hire some adult staff.
