I wouldn't say anyone here is friendly or helpful.  I'll most likely shop somewhere else if I have questions.  The HD in Menomonee Falls and Waukesha seem to have a more welcoming and attentive staff.  I'd only shop here if I know exactly want I needed and we're to find it myself.

Great Store! On 9/13/17, I walked in 20 feet and an employee by the name of *David asked if I needed help. I did and asked where the storage bins were. He directed me to the right location. Another male employee was stocking in the same area and also assisted me. He went to the back got more bins for me. I bought 30 HDX storage bins (27GALLONS EACH) for $8.97 each. On sale, they are $1.00 cheaper for each one. He went and got a flat cart for me. He put the bins on there with another female employee. Very helpful!! Great customer service. Then when I was leaving the store and pushing the cart to my cart another male employee came and asked me if I needed help. I am very pleased with this location. Thank you all that work here.

David T was so awesome!!! I just heard how he was so energetic helping another person and thought, that’s the kind of person I would like to have working with me in my business. So HD, Great Choice hiring him!
