It had been an awesome location for a while. Would go every morning before work for a burrito. But I feel like now with the new management it makes it impossible. Even if I order over the phone before I leave my house, same time as before, I have to wait when I get there. The wait time has gotten ridiculous. And it feels like they are not even that good anymore. I don't think that I will be going anymore often.

have been going here for a while. Use to have awesome service. New managment is terrible. Had ordered the burrito i always ordered and they gave it to me about half of the usual size. Called corporate and they said I would  get a call back never did. It would of been fine if the store manager wasnt such a jerk. I asked him for the corporate number and he asked me why I needed it if he had already refunded me and what else I wanted. All i wanted was the same customer service I had been receiving for almost a year prior.

Decent food. Nothing here that can't be made at home, but it's good when you're on the go. The two stars is for the ridiculous wait time. Even when no one is there, it can take more than 10 minutes for a simple burrito. I've waited over 30 minutes when it's been semi busy. It's made to order, which is great, but they are so slow it's hard to justify going often.

This burrito was the worst I’ve had in a long time. Tossed it. Very mad I spent my $3.54 at this place. Eggs burnt and rubbery, potatoes had been sitting way to long; hard, tough to chew, probably yesterday’s left over. Tortilla was crunchy. Can’t believe this is what people sit and wait 15 mins for! It’s supposed to be made fresh when you order, so why does it taste so old? I will not be returning to this establishment. Whataburger > lotabuger.

This location is the only one where I end up waiting for 40 minutes for a simple order. I thought it was a one-off experience and tried to give it a second chance. I'm currently still waiting in the parking lot.
