The carhops are always friendly and make you feel welcome. Food almost always comes out at a reasonable time, even when it's busy

I can sum it up with meh. Always getting orders wrong, my orders anyway. Maybe the day shift is better? I mostly go in the evening, they always seem to forget something.  They make an blast or a limeade without a key ingredient, such as a cherry limeade without cherries or to little Oreo in the Oreo blast... Never the same high school kids from month to month, probably why. Other Sonics get it right more often though. It's close to home so I keep going when the mood strikes.

Outstanding customer service and a really polite work crew. The whole system here is extremely streamlined and you receive your food in a quick and orderly fashion even when it's super busy. Order accuracy is always on point as they've never gotten my order wrong even when ordering complex drinks (mixing flavors and such). 

I would advise everyone to ignore the 1 star ratings as it really doesn't do the place justice and most of the complaints is the result of human error on the customers side.

Horrible service, got order wrong, when I called the manager asked with and attitude, how do you think we can make it right? I was already home as wasn't about to go back, but they could have offered a discount or something at the next order.  Not planning to go there for a while

This restaurant usually gives exemplary service and I've never had a problem with this location. However, today, the sign by the street advertised the brown bag special today. So we pulled in to get the brown bag special, but was told it was not available. I told the lady on the speaker (#48 Michel ?) it was on their street sign. This person was very short with me and said she would send a carhop out to "help" me. The carhop told me they haven't had the brown bag special in two months and they would have to erase it from their street sign. Now I'm no legal expert, but wouldn't that be the same as false advertisement?  Oh well, mistakes happen and I'll more than likely continue visiting this location. I just never expected this kind of service from my favorite Sonic.
