I highly recommend taking the Silver Sneakers and Spin Cycle classes with Melissa. She is amazing.  As an instructor she makes it fun and takes special care of those who have special concerns.  As a former teacher, I love the fact that she teaches us how each exercise benefits specific parts of our bodies.  Sometimes, she is the reason I force myself to go.

Absolutely Love this gym. Has become my 2nd home over 2017.
The staff is amazing. Great layout for workouts and routines.

The culture here is what separates this place from other’s gym I have been at. The members are so great and friendly. The staff really cares about the members and strives to provide the best service to the members.
