The one and only gym you need in this lifetime and the next... I've seen my share of gym, and this one blows them all out of the water. THEM ALL! Met with the owner, very courteous and frank and knowledgeable. Met with a few members and my jaw dropped how open, friendly and helpful they are. 
Sadly I'm only here for about 4 weeks, and day 2, I already am going to miss this environment. 
My goal was to regain the 15lbs of muscle that I lost, and I know this would've been the place for a quick focused regain. 
Don't walk, run to come sign up if you're serious about working out coz they have everything under the sun when it comes to equipment.

Tucked away gem of a gym. If you do manage to find it you’ll love it. Serious folk here (men and women), lots of personal trainers work here. You get a code to get in anytime. If you want real weight work, and good cardio options, come here. If you want lots of circuit machines, go somewhere else.

This is hands down,The best gym you can go to. Just stepping in the doorways your motivation skyrocket's to the Moon and suddenly your submerged into the most epic workout setting imaginable. An American flag is the first thing your eyes will see. Surrounded by its beauty your bench press will increase by 100 lbs. Steve is like George Washington leading to the victory of your fitness revolution! 

Seriously tho... amazing people and atmosphere, you CAN'T get this anywhere else.

Not your typical gym.  Great atmosphere.  This gym doesn't intimidate me.  Everyone is very friendly and helpful.  Probably my greatest gym experience yet.  I would recommend this gym to all ages and fitness levels.

I've always asked myself, "how in the world can anyone actually ENJOY working out?" I've been to tons of gyms: Planet Fitness, Maxx, A few boxing gyms.. But not once did I ever "enjoy" working out. 
I found Steve through an app as I was looking for personal training to supplement my other trainer. When I met Steve in person, it blew my mind how much energy he had, despite it being 8:30pm. After training with Steve now for about a month, I've found that his energy wasn't just for show. With the passion he maintains for helping all of his members, Its clear that his high positive energy is just who he is as a person and as a coach. 
Steve takes a customized approach to each of his clients wether it's personal training, small group trainings, or any general members of his gym. He's always giving people advice and critiques on how to improve their form to get max results. 
As a pretty anti-social gym-goer, I was truly terrified to workout in the small group trainings. I don't like feeling like I have to race or compete with anyone. After a few classes, I realized that with the family environment Steve's personality brings to the room, that the group trainings are based on comradery, not competition. I really like the people that I've met at his gym and they've welcomed me with open arms.
It only took a month for me to find an answer to my original question. People enjoy working out when they are inspired. Since meeting Steve, I've been inspired to run faster, lift heavier, and frankly, smile more. If you're looking for a rockstar coach and an awesome gym, I'll see you in class with Steve at Fitness Rising :)
