Pretty good pizza and I was glad to see a new business like Blaze Pizza filling their store with customers on a Friday night. The way that they structure their over the phone ordering through their 'call center' is frustrating and takes too long. Consider letting customers pay for their pizza in person instead of insisting on payment over the phone. Once this small piece gets figured out I think you'll have a smooth running operation. Best of luck!

Just the best. The price and quality are unbeatable. $7 for any toppings and cooked in a stone oven to perfection. It tastes massively better than any major pizza chain as well as cheaper. Real ingredients/toppings, amazing sauces. The Blood Orange Lemonade is to die for, it's what I'd imagine water tastes like in heaven. I really can't praise this place enough. One of the best pizza places in the Cities and my "go-to" pizza spot for high quality pizza.

TLDR: pizza seems good, but the pesto is terrible My pizza looked amazing when it came out of the oven. Then, they added the pesto drizzle. Words cannot express how much I hated the pesto drizzle. I was expecting a few lines of a thick substance, but what I got was a pizza soaking in oil. I don't know if their pesto is always terrible and made up mostly of oil, or if I just got the last oily bit of an old bottle, but it was gross. Oil was dripping off the pizza when I picked up a slice, and dripping down my hand as I ate it. This place has a great selection of ingredients that look fresh and taste good. I like the thin crust and the sauce. I will give the restaurant another chance, so I can find out what it tastes like when the crust hasn't been sitting in a pool of oil. I will not give the pesto another chance.

You have to time it right. The line often goes out the door so I've had to go elsewhere a couple of times. One of my favorite pizza places. Similar to Mod Pizza [none around here] but I like this crust better.

First time customer, and went in because of a Bogo I got in the mail. The line was long, and took about 15 min, but it's a made to order pizza place so that's acceptable in my opinion. I had a create your own, and the pizza turned out really good. My girlfriends was a little undercooked, but it wasn't anything that took away from the flavor. The staff was friendly, efficient, and tried to move things along quickly. I'm not sure that Blaze will replace some of my favorite places, but it will be on my list for quick, and within bike ride distance.
