Since this place has opened I've been here about 3 times, each time I called in to order. I would say the first two times we waited atleast 15 minutes more after the estimated time and the food wasn't always seasoned enough. We always get the buffalo dry rub and I like a generous amount. Since it's a new location I feel like maybe they didn't plan ahead and estimate how much business they'd get which is why there is so many low reviews about they wait time. Honestly the people look like they work hard and they're always nice every time I've gone. Today, I decided to actually write a review. The amount of time estimated for my food was accurate, they finally lived up to their name. The food was bomb! Staff was nice as usual. My suggestion is, don't go to a new business without expecting to wait more than usual, especially B-dubs. People love B-dubs and they're always packed, so obviously the first few weeks were going to be packed and hectic.

Wings were nice and fresh both times I've been here. And they are generally pretty quick to get the food to you.

B-Dubs Express is a brand new concept from Buffalo Wild Wings. I just happened to miss the lunch time specials when I was there, so I ended up ordering chicken tenders. The tenders didn't taste or look like they were a single solid piece of chicken, but rather some chunks of chicken put together to form a tender. The fries were soggy and not hot. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. My friend tried to order a bacon burger, but they didn't serve it here. I know this is a new concept for the chain and they'll probably change some things as they figure out what an Express looks like. Until then, I'd stick to a regular B-Dubs if you have the option.

Service was good. Ordered online. Chicken was beyond DRY. All 3x that I ordered. I wonder why.... express shouldn't mean compromise service. Chicken shouldn't be as dry or sauceless as it is. Management should be checking the efficiency of work.
