Never have salad dressing, limes, lemons, or friendly service. The system seems to always be down and they are rude about it and act like its the customers fault.

Took 25 min to get a burrito. Most ingredients were not available so people waited for them to be made which took very long. Employees weren’t very apologetic either.

Most of the meat in my steak burrito had big pieces of fat and grissel. Sometimes 1 or 2 is normal but this location in wazata doesn't seem to care about quality, who knows what else they do to sacrifice quality. This location should be avoided!

This place is amazing. I got offered a water from Noah while I was outside eating when the patio set up wasn't even set because of construction. I always have great experiences with the staff. It's like I'm walking into my families restaurant. (My family doesn't have one really but if they did I imagine it to be like this place)

I always make it early 11:00-11:20... you would think the soda fountains would all be ready to go. In the last 10 visits my favorite soda was not working 4 times. That's fine if they fix it. I tell the cashier person., they say I will fix.. then eat my burrito.. go try it again, try it before i leave and still not fixed. There is no reason for the soda fountain to be out of soda when you first open for the day. Its not out of order it just needs to be filled in the back. Considering the next closest Chipolte. Love there food but when I come in I do expect my entire meal to be satisfying and that includes my favorite soda.
