If you are out of town don't bother trying this place. On line booking either doesn't work or establishment just doesn't care. Sat in the lobby for over 10 minutes with security who said we needed to call therpist to come get us. After several calls we gave up and left. Not how a service type of business should be ran!

Horrible. Made my appointment online for in room service at my hotel which is only 10 minutes away from actual place.... They didnt show up on time so I called to make sure they were coming. She claimed she didnt have a reservation for me even though I gave her my confirmation number. She then said she would still come which i was ok with. (I was going to give it another positive shot) I confirmed at which hotel I would staying as well as my room number. Twenty minutes after waiting again she called and said they dont come this far... I was blowed. Goodnight lady. So glad I opted to pay with cash instead of card, at least I dont have to worry about disputing charges.

Got in to town and was only staying for one night and the owner opened just for me and she was so sweet! It was a great massage, very relaxing and a great experience! If I'm ever back in town- I would book again!
