1. Massage was great except Galina refused to skip my arms. I'd rather have more time spent on my back I said. I also felt like her sheet moving skills were lacking. I felt exposed a couple times. 2. Nail technician was great! Except the nail polish isn't great quality. No name brand like OPI or Essie. I think I saw a dally Hansen top coat- pretty cheap. My nails chipped after 3-4 days. Bring your own polish! 3. Facial was good! I am used to a facial having some massage and product on neck/chest but still great 4. Hairstylist was great but here's where it all went downhill from a 4 star rating to a 2 star: their website shows a $5 shampoo blow dry when in fact the stylist charges $20-$25. The owner was BEYOND rude and tried to make me feel guilty for insisting I pay what they advertise. She looked at me and sarcastically said, "what, you want for free"? This was along with many other rude comments. I mean- with tip I was still around $200 and felt like a piece of crap when I left. I will NOT recommend this place. HIGHLY unprofessional.

If u wish to b disrespected ..dis would b the best place for it..I booked an appointment from julie and for about half an hour ,I was made to wait for just an eyebrow process (without even knowing whether they ll attend my appointment or not!). The staff was attending someother customer and wen I seeked help to call her(since she was held up in some facial room)through the othr staff she denied to help me out n calling diz staff named Julie.. ("Should I wait or she ll finish up shortly",was the couple of questions I put forth her ,after 20 minutes of my wait ) From the response -I came to know clearly, there is a absolute lack of communication between staffs. 1.If ur busy, plz don fix an appointment with ur customer. 2.Though personally staffs might hav some misunderstanding ,plz don't make customers a prey for tat..try to act professionally! (Hope so both r working in same planet nd same shop) 3.Try to respect customers.. Sucking experience!

Horrible place! Don't waste your time and money for people who have zero respect for their costumers! I had to be prepared for a very important event in my life, and made an appointment. Nobody showed up at the time. When I came- the salon was closed. I left the voice mail, asking to call be back. And guess what.... Nobody ever did!!!!!
