Help when I needed it!
I got "powder" nails on a recent trip to FLA. True they last longer but your nails grow leaving a gap at the cuticles. All the nail salons in NYC and no one wanted to remove them. Too time consuming. They don't do them. Don't have the equipment etc. Fran at Blooming Nail said sure. She didn't have the tool but used a file and her Metro Card! to loosen and remove them.That's ingenuity AND she did a great job following up with a basic manicure...Thanks Fran. I'll be back.

I go to this place once a week. The staff are amazing and do a good job.  They even know my favorite nail polish and type of spa pedicure I like to get.

Worst customer service ever! I came in to request a fill in for my acrylic nails. I was then told I would need to wait an additional 20 minutes to be serviced. I initially accepted the wait. As more clients came in after me, they were immediately serviced as I was forced  to wait after my initial 20 minutes. I told the manager that I am no willing to wait since 6-7 more clients were given services. The manager also had the nerve to tell me after all this time, the nail tech whom was only able to do my service was not there yet. This place should be ashamed to call themselves a nail salon, and they lost a long term client. I will definitely never give them a second chance.

Great manicure and lavender pedicure! TianLi does a great foot massage. Also, the environment is very clean and peaceful. Highly recommend!

Love this salon. Everyone is very nice and the salon is gorgeous. I've been twice and happy with the results both times. I will definitely go back.
