Great service. Even though I don't have an account, they didn't charge any fees to cash a check issued from this bank. I had an easy, fast and pleasant experience.

KEY BANK IS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. My fiance has been trying to get a copy of title from his auto loan for 2 months. He has made 9 phone calls and spoken with managers to find every time the managers do not process his request. He has been unable to drive his car for a month because he can not get a registration. Julie (manager that promised to call us back multiple times with updates) did not process his request and did not call us back. AVOID THIS BANK!

If this is Key Bank branch 0441, yesterday they gave away $5668.00 of my money without my permission. They haven't even called me back . I found this theft on my own and, so far, they have done nothing.

This bank is horrible I wish there was a option for no stars at all horrible they hold your money for no reason the supervisors give false information this bank is horrible  Very horrible  and over the phone the representatives don’t know what they are doing and you are told by the supervisor  they will get a coaching like what HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL BANK !!!!!!!

Horrible. I came to them to help me consolidate and they payed of the wrong account and left me w debt. They also opened a checking account in which I never approved and have been receiving statements and being charged for paper fees  and law fees under the check on account I never agreed to open.
