We can't say enough positive things about this hotel! Kind, helpful, accommodating staff. Jose, the doorman was a wealth of knowledge on NYC and he was a welcoming presence each time we entered! Very clean, comfortable, well appointed rooms. My husband does his research when planning a trip and I am so thankful he found such a gem of a place to stay for my Birthday! Lovely! Romantic! Fun! Next time we visit NY, we already know where we will be staying! Hotel Giraffe will be our go to place!

Great for a family of four with the fold out sofa. Fabulous staff, Jose on the door and a young lady at breakfast who’s name I missed were standouts. Breakfast was great, small selection but done well, much better than the big hotel buffets. Location was tip top, playground at Madison Sq. Park was a hit with the kids and subway and other requirements nearby. Didn’t want to leave, thoroughly recommend.

Great room, clean, spacious, best location, staff etc... cant say enough. I used to live in the neighborhood and I've stayed at many hotels in the area. This one is on top of my list. Can't wait to come back.

One of the BEST hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff are without hesitation the most polite and helpful people you will encounter during your visit. The facilities are exceptionally clean and our room was warm and comfortable... what an awesome bed!!! This is without a doubt a 5 star hotel.

Located great. Had valet parking. Nice breakfast and happy hour. Restaurant nextdoor was nice. Friendly staff. Hostesses at breakfast seemed a little too eager to help with tasks I usually complete myself. Located close to times square. Clean rooms.
