STAY AWAY. The most over-priced salon I’ve ever been to, and they did the worst job! For a gel manicure it was $65 not including tip (!) and my nails were chipping, peaking, and discoloring within 2 days. Not only that, when I go to pay I find out they don’t take American Express or Discover, only Visa and MC. Additionally, they only do cash tip for the technician. They made an exception and ran my Amex after saying they couldn’t because I had no other payment option, and if they had posted that or told customers as they walked in I wouldn’t have gone there. Also, for a gel manicure and a regular pedicure plus tip it was close to $150. Even if I had my Visa on me I still would have had to put it on a credit card. Absolutely worst customer service ever. The girl who came in after me had to wait 35 minutes after getting in the chair before anyone came over to her or even acknowledge her. Absolutely never going back.

The salon was so clean and pretty, the technician was experienced and did a good job, I will definitely return.

Extremely over priced and no attention to detail. I asked for a simple fill that ended up taking an hour. Pink acrylic fill in with absolutely no polish because it gets dirty and doesn't look natural. I came in with Stiletto nails and left with mishaped circle figures. I told them 3 separate times that I did not want any polish at all and the woman still painted my nails with clear gel without asking. I paid $65 for nothing. There were no tools for acrylics which meant she just filed at my cuticles with a regular cardboard nail file for an hour. I've gotten better service for a fraction of the price and time in Brooklyn. I'm extremely disappointed.

Terrible service, poor choice of nail color and overpriced - definitely would not recommend!

I have never had such a wonderful experience at a nail salon in my life. I was pleasantly surprised by the upscale chairs and drying stations and had a great overall experience. The pedicure was fast, but very relaxing and the service was wonderful. Everyone was very kind and helpful, especially Linda and Choi! They made my Saturday afternoon and I will definitely be coming back!
