This may seem obvious but it is not. I bought some NARS eye shadow stick online and didn't like the color so I returned it with the receipt. I usually buy all makeup at Sephora only. But Ebates (Please check this out if you haven't! You get money back online for shopping! It is unbelievable!) was giving 8% back at all makeup back bought from Bloomingdales. So I bought it. I did exchange it with a very helpful salesgirl but while I was there I noticed about 30 - 50 different shades of NARS single eye shadows. Gorgeous!! I went to Sephora afterwards because I had a gift card and looked at the NARS shadow selection. Maybe 15 colors? Nowhere near what was at Bloomingdales! Also Bloomies just started carrying my favorite line of makeup: Charlotte Tilbury. Her makeup is pricey but the quality is incredible. It is not easy to find stores that carry it. Makeup is the same price everywhere but I can breath at Bloomingdales, get points on my card and find the sales women very nice and helpful. And available!!

When you get a bargain,take advantage of it. High quality merchandise with the tags to prove it,but it's THE BEST in it's class !

I recently was a part of a wedding where the groom lost his tie (classic, I know!). I called Bloomingdales to find a last minute replacement. A very helpful employee Harry helped me, gave me a wonderful selection of options, and was so kind in the process!! He truly saved the day, and provided above and beyond customer service. Thank you Harry!

Something needs to be done with phone service and being able to connect with a Sales Associate. I called in 5 times -- 4 out of the 5 I got disconnected. The 5th all I asked the person to stay on the line until someone connected with me as I had been disconnected 5 times. I was trying to purchase a jacket from Bassler. He tried to get a manager, no luck, tried Bassler and no luck, then tried women's no luck, then said he was trying men's no luck, and finally after I held for probably 15 or more minutes he came on and had someone in Bassler. Horrible, total time to connect, including calling in 5 times, probably 35 minutes at least.

My first time there in over 25 yrs. I was shopping with my Mom, i thought nordstoms was expensive. Bloomingdales is right up there in Price 😬
