Worst customer service ever! I ordered something online that was eligible for in store pick up. I added my husband to be the authorized person to pick the items up and the woman, Ana, at the counter was beyond rude about it. She at first refused to look up the order because it was in my name and did not want to give the items to my husband even though his name was on the order and he had all the proper ID. It wasn't until 15 minutes later that she contacted a manger that she finally realized that he was INDEED authorized to pick up the order. Although his name was on the order from the very beginning. Would not recommend this location at all!

They have THE best sales. A little something for everyone. Don't think you can't afford this place. You have to go in and check it out. I'm mostly in love with the clothes. They have the best discounts. Black Friday is also huge here. Worth the wait though.

I had an awful experience with a girl I believe is named Isabella. I called and asked to see if they can put some items I wanted on hold and when I went to the store she lost and failed to putall of the items on hold expect for a sweater that was all stepped on. And after that she had a bad attitude the whole time she was dealing with me.

Great store to shop for the whole family. Great prices and friendly service. When you can't find your size, they will voluntarily check other stores for you.
