There is a lot to be said about shopping in a physical, brick and mortar place. At Macy's in particular, the sales can be unbelievable, especially at this time of year. With their sale price, and another 15-25% off coupon on top of the sale price, and their "Macy's Money", the deals can be unbelievable. The last time they had this "triple" type sale, I purchased a $300 coat for $60 and some unbelievable steals in the housewares department. There is also the "last act" clothes racks; these are always stuffed with serious bargains. They are year round, not just sometimes. I would have given Macy's a 5 star review, but Friday after Thanksgiving, there were waiting lines to pay (come on, it's Black Friday, for sure that day the store should be fully staffed!) and the ladies restroom was really a mess. But well worth the time for some really good deals.

Macy's Plaza is now called the Bloc. Macy's itself has had a makeover and the store is very well laid out. My one gripe is that there's not enough sales help on the floor. Especially in the men's department. Butt pricing is as good as you're going to find in a brick and mortar store and once you do get someone to help you they're incredibly helpful. When you're at the checkout always ask if there are extra coupons for more savings on what you're buying.

I enjoying going to this Macy's location. They keep it organized and staff is friendly and helpful. I shop the children's department and Yesenia is great. She notifies me of upcoming sales. I had an issue with the women's last act return but Deigo took care of me. Be warned that last act has a 30 day return policy which sucks....should be around 60 days. This store would get 5 stars but the dressing rooms are always dark and usually clothes are left in the rooms. But overall I like this store.

I have been there several times... I love the store.it is really neat and clean. The staff is really nice specially Judy she is so welcoming and helpful. I love their clothes And top of that I love that Macy’s give you a three hour parking validation

The staff is not really interested in helping you. They are not rude and when approached seemed friendly but when asked for a product the girl she just said that she didn't think they had it, she paused then she looked for it and confirmed that they didn't have it.
