Please hire more sales associates so that they can assist the customers on the floor. It is not enough to have only sales people at the cash registers.

I love this please!                            Its  amazing customer service is what keeps me in love with Macy's.
They do whatever is possible in order to please any customer.
Their employees are very professional and always reliable to help!

Got a watch from here. It said "sale" came back a month later, it was still on "sale". Apparently thats the normal price. Smart thing to do, but wrong.
