Over half an hour to do a simple return with the people in line. I'm 20 minutes in as fifth in line and two people decided to leave. Almost all the staff seems to be brand new hire which isn't the problem, the lack of experienced staff to help the newbies is not present. They literally don't know how to return items or apply coupons. This sucks. I guess this is the next chain one took shut down.
