Really NO Stars here.... Absolutely Horrible Service!  Bad Attitude from workers!!  Refused to wipe out my car saying that they don't detail after paying for premium service.  When I asked for the manager the two guys "attempting" to half-ass clean my car copped an attitude and the so called manager or assistant was a joke.  Then just by chance this am one of the guys that copped an attitude passed me at a stop light and flipped me off this AM.    The owner should fire the whole crew and start over with someone that knows a little about customer service because this crew sure don't.

They did a horrible job on my suburban. Still bug marks on the windshield, dirt on the windshield, didn't vacuum well. Didn't take out the rubber car mats and spray them down. Complete waste of money. Very disappointed. The car wash that you drive through does not get the car very clean!!!

They've upgraded some of their equipment. The staff I usually see are young and mostly professional. I just wish they were somewhat more proactive. They definitely need to pay attention and engage with the multiple customers who will be trying to understand the new payment system before losing loyal customers.
