Worst service I truly have ever experienced. I called A week ahead and scheduled my appointment to have my windows tinted on my four-door sedan. I got a call yesterday, the day before my appointment by a representative asking what exactly they wanted me to have them do. I explained to her all I need is my side and rear windows tinted on my car. She then told me that they had me down for a rustproof coating and other maintenance. I never once said or hinted that I wanted those services, nor did the representative I scheduled with tell me anything about those services. She then told me to be there at 8 AM and I will be the first car serviced and out of there by 10 AM or at latest 11 AM. Let me start by saying, do not promise a customer something that you definitely cannot uphold. I arrived a little bit later than expected due to unexpected construction. I had to wait over five minutes just for somebody to speak to me and then when they finally did speak to me they were extremely rude.The man told me he knows for a fact that his "girls" wouldn't say that. Basically, he called me a liar multiple times! On top of that I told him if we cannot make this work today, I will be taking my business elsewhere and he said "I would hate to lose business but it is what it is". I have never had somebody in my 20 years of life tell me that, especially in a customer service field. I then explained to him that I live just over an hour away and he said he would "try his best" to be able to fit me in and told me to hang around town for several hours and he would call me. This is my day off and I made the drive there, have been told by two different representatives I would be taken care of and out of the door within two hours. I got there at 8:30 this morning and it is now 12:30 in the afternoon. I have called four times and nobody has answered and they have not called me back. The thing that really set me off is that he told me he didn't want me to be "pissed" if I had to wait longer than I expected. I remained extremely calm and polite the entire time and was still treated this way. This entire experience was horrible. You will never earn my business. It is absolutely deplorable the way you treat customers! Update: I never received a call back today. Not even to tell me they couldn't fit me in. Obviously this company doesn't pride themselves on the popular motto "customer first." I rescheduled with a very well known, local tint company that is very highly rated. I read many reviews before scheduling and thought "people only put these reviews if they have had a bad experience." Let me tell you, that's not always true because this is the first bad review I have ever given anyone in my life. Today definitely confirmed that you need to consider the bad reviews.

I bought a Leer camper shell for my truck here and at first they seemed helpful but I'm writing this about a month afterward so... The man that helped me, Steve, helped me choose all the extras but hinted I might find better deals online for roof rails and a bike rack. He was wrong. I wound up having to go back and ask him where I could find these better deals and he had trouble finding any website that sold the right type. When he finally did find the website, I wound up paying close to $200 more than if I just had them get the accessories. I also had to return to Zeibart because the back hatch of the camper shell wasn't closing. Turns out it wasn't installed correctly. A couple weeks go by and I notice the camper shell doesn't seem sturdy. I find that the bolt's threads have worn down. They used zinc nuts and bolts and when I try to replace them, the head comes off of one of them. I buy steel nuts and bolts to fix the problem myself. I return to Ziebart and show them the zinc bolts with worn out threads and I show them the receipt for the new hardware ($15.62). Steve says he'll call me back but never does. I call them back and he tells me that I won't be getting reimbursed for the hardware.

Went in for a detailing for my 2006 Jeep Liberty, and they restored the inside to like-new conditions. They were able to reverse damages accrued by normal wear and tear and poor up keeping by myself, and make my vehicle look nearly brand new on the inside despite some of the situations that the jeep had been put through. Amazing job.

Went in twice for window tinting on my car I just bought. The first time they tried basically all my windows were done sub par. Bubbles, dirt, a clear outline of a finger on the top of the tint on a quarter panel window, and scratches all over in the tint. One window has a bad cut/fit because there is 6-8 inch line of where there is no tint and light shines though. I took it to two different shops to ask what they thought of the quality of work, both said it was a really bad tint job. One said if this was the standard of tint, he would be really sad. So I asked for a retint and they didn't even retint the windows with the most issues, after telling me they would. When I came in to pick up my car, the manager wouldn't even look up at me(no other customers in sight either). He told his female employee, that this is the guy, and to take me outside to look at the tint. Out of the 3 windows they did retint, 1 of them has significant issues. I have another car with after market tint, and the level of quality is so much better, stay away from Ziebart for window tinting.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Brought our brand new car in for a remote start that should have taken a few hours to install but took an entire day to do. Not only did they damage the front end and deny it but the remote starter they installed is malfunctioning and starts at random and makes it almost impossible to lock the car because every time you lock it the vehicle starts.Management was very rude and dismissive to the incident and made every excuse to deny liability.
