I'm pleased with the work done at BAR. My 7 year old car looked brand new when they were finished. Everything was completed as initially described. The owner was courteous and professional. I've been there several times and have not been disappointed.

I had a great experience here. Sorry to hear about the other reviewer's problems. They got all of the scratches out of my car, and removed all the swirl marks left from someone else. When I got it back it looked brand new, and that's saying a lot for a 7 year old car. The owner was courteous and enthusiastic, I felt good leaving my car there.

Wow - Worst experience possible. Have had and given multiple professional details - Never Would I return a car without washing the entire outside (the running boards, wheel wells, + THE WHEELS!) Worst place - only 75%of the car was washed + waxed. Inside was half fasted and covered with leather grease to hide the sun tan lotion from summer of 2010 and my dogs discharge. The people that work their are nice but aren't professional. The owner told me to never come back and to get my car back I had to pay him half of the agreed amount for a job that wasn't even completed properly! Another thing to mention - Pine needles and leaves were still in the crevice under the hood - they washed and waxed the entire car but didn't take the time to clean out the debris under the hood!? Oh and not to say once I got scammed into paying the 150 I go to drive away and my car battery is dead - the owner tells me its cause the guys spent so much time on the interior my battery died. This wasn't the case my interior light was left on ya stooge! JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
