The staff at Blooms goes above and beyond any expectation. The store is well organized and festively themed for the season. The arrangements are unique and display obvious concern to detail.

I placed an order last week and gave very specific instructions on vase shape, color and flower varieties for a very special birthday dinner arrangement. I am a florist (of 19 years) and often do this when I order flowers so I can ensure I am on the same page with the designer. The $150 arrangement came in the wrong vase with at least 4 flower types that I did not ask for. I called when I saw a photograph of the piece and spoke directly to who I worked with. She did apologize but did not provide any information as to where the order went sideways. She assured me she would have management call me back but I did not hear from them. I typically would never leave a poor review without communicating with management first. Please be aware of their lack of detail and service!

Went in to Get A bouquet, picked from their website.  My bouquet looked nothing Nothing like it.  No lilies, no berries half the roses in the picture.  I will not be back.  Website is not accurate to what you get.  I feel ripped off.
