Piccolo's Florist has been a local, family-owned business since 1982. Over the past 30 years, Piccolo's has earned a variety of awards both for its exclusive everyday designs and its full-service wedding design. We are committed to providing our customers an exceptional variety of the freshest product and we always carry a large inventory of fresh flowers and plants. I live in Texas, my girlfriend is finishing up nursing school in Omaha. I called in, told them a price point and the type of flowers I wanted and they delivered big, absolutely excellent to talk to and a fair price for what I wanted. My girlfriend sends me a Snapchat of them everyday she’s at work, and it’s been over a week and they still look good!

Back in January, I ordered some orchids from Piccolo's for my mom for her birthday. I had to rely on reviews of the place as I live in Seattle. Piccolo's appeared to have some of the best reviews so I went with them.

There was a problem with the flowers that were delivered to my mom, and brought it up with them via email. The folks at Piccolo's was a HUGE help, and they offered to put the amount of money from the birthday bouquet toward a Mother's Day bouquet. They were very respectful, and every email was answered promptly. 

Just today I sent another email asking if I could put in the order for Mother's day, and gave them her information and the bouquet that I chose for her. I had picked out a lovely bouquet for her that cost more than the credit, but they were more than willing to let me put the credit toward that bouquet and I pay the rest via card. 

Well, when it came down to me asking how to give them my card information, they unexpectedly comped the entire bouquet! I am very grateful for how they handled everything and in the end how generous they were.  I am so excited for her to get the flowers in a couple of weeks. 

I will absolutely return to Piccolo's for any of my flower delivery needs. The way they handled the initial complaint really shows how proud they are of their name and the product they sell. They really do deserve all of the awesome reviews.

I was in a wedding this past weekend.  The bride got her flowers from a different shop.  The shop they got the flowers from missed four boutiners.  I called Piccolo's and spoke with Chelsie.  She got the boutiners made and ready to go with the hour.  Definitely saved the day!!!  Wont be going anywhere else!  Thank you!!!!
