At such a difficult time for me losing my mom unexpectedly from a head injury. It took me two days of calling different florist's which was so stressful then i called Twigs. I couldn't hardly speak or quit crying,or make up my mind on flowers to put on my mom's casket but they were so patient and out of the 3 different choices they created the most beautiful floral arrangement i can't begin to express how beautiful they were. I will recommend them highly. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE AT TWIGS....Other florist's could learn something from these folks

I am in Wisconsin, had to find a local florist in Omaha to deliver candy, balloon, and stuffed teddy bear for my Grandpa in the hospital. I had a special request to replace the teddy bear with a stuffed puppy/dog if possible (as Grandpa loves dogs). And Twigs did! My relatives tell me the stuffed dog is adorable and the candy and goodies were perfect and fresh! Small touches like the personalized service Twigs provides makes all the difference! They went above and beyond to make it special. I will definitely use them again!! Thank you Twigs!!!
