Blue cab is the best. Carlos was a gentleman in disguise. He showed concern, politeness and responsible. I recommend them any and all time , especially Carlos. We were stranded in Stockton and he went above and beyond means to get us to Oakland. I am forever grateful. Thank you blue cab for having Carlos on duty.

I called an hour in advance for someone to come pick me up at 6:30am. I have to be at work at 7am. The guy took down my infomation and said that he'll have someone here by then. Well, at 6:25am, I called to verify my pick up and the guy didn't have anyone here and it sounded as if they completely forgot. I then panicked because now that it's getting very close to my start time, I don't have a cab! And now I had to rush to try to get on the bus! I don't know why agree to a pick up schedule and not follow it through. Horrible business practice and now I know why so many people would rather take a ride from Green Cab at least they're more reliable when you give them a time to be at your pick up location.

I booked cab for pickup the night before my flight. The next morning the cab was still not with me, they were not picking up the phone and they did not call me. Blue Cabs suck and I am never using them again. Called Taxi Josh he arrived right away.

Meet the taxi cab driver that's the poster child for nearly everything that's wrong with traditional cabs in our lovely city. Blue Cab. YOU are the reason I will never ever even think about taking a traditional cab ever again. You drove like a maniac, and after you threw me off the back seat with a nice brake slam because you were tailgating, you laughed and said, "Oh, this must be your first time in a Stockton Blue Cab." You assumed since you picked me up at the airport that I was a tourist. WRONG. I live here. You ignored my request to take a turn close to our destination so you could drop me on the right side of the street. You took a long and lazy path of travel. You were rude, and you didn't have your registration information posted anywhere in the cab. I'd rather walk than get in an Blue Cab ever again.
