If I could give 0 stars, I would!!I ordered a taxi 3 days in advance for a group of 6 because I knew it would be hard to find last minute. Dos not show at scheduled time. Contacted customer service when they were 15 minutes late and was told they had no ETA on a taxi for my group. No cab 30 minutes after scheduled time. Not sure why you take reservations you don't keep. Thoroughly pissed off because now I have to drive 2 vehicles, park my cars, and pay double what a cab would have cost to make my boat. NEVER, EVER use this company if you need to be somewhere on time. No consideration for previous bookings, just out to make a buck. Will be reporting to the BBB!! 😡😡

Do not use this service.Total fiasco. They screwed up my pick up time. Finally arrived a half hour late. When I opened the door the putrid, sour smell was over whelming. The interior had a thin layer of soot or cigarette residue. The "Curb" P.O.S. systems touch screen did not work. I called back after being dropped off looking to speak with a Supervisor. The person I spoke with would not identify them self. After explaining what had happened. The response I got was "What do you want me to do about it." Followed by a disconnection. Do not use this service. Dispatchers, drivers, supervisors all earn low marks in customer service.

Horrible I called 5x to get eta every time they transfered I Got disconnected. First they said the cab picked me up but how could he if I'm still at work waiting. I normally ride with lyft line I think I will stick with that. I will say the driver was really nice we he arrived other then that two thumbs down I WILL NEVER USR SOUTH BAY AGAIN!

Terrible. Cab arrival time given was 10-15 minutes. Called back twice and standard answer was "any minute now." Over one hour wait to go from Gardena to Enterprise Rent a Car at the airport. I had enough time to download the Uber app, register and get a ride. Estimate cost given by the dispatcher was $11 more than the Uber coated. GO WITH UBER!!!

Driver grabbed my daughters purse and dumped it out. He also kept the meter running and locked the doors and kept driving past her stop.
