I paid for 2015 insurance and my check cleared on 12/31.  When I went to pick up meds the pharmacy said I wasn't covered and my meds were over $300. I called the 1-888 number for customer service on Saturday and was told it would be fixed on Monday.  Of course it wasn't.  I called they said it would be Tuesday.  Didn't happen.  I have medication that will make me sick if not taken every day.   By 1/6 I was livid and spent 2 and 1/2 hours on the phone and once again was told tomorrow. I called my agent BCBS of NC in Greensboro NC on New Garden and spoke to Kendra.  I was totally nasty sarcastic and rude to Kendra.  I explained that I was going to end up in the hospital.   She went to work on my problem and called me back and said, you will be able to get meds today we are working on it.   I didn't believe her at 5:05 she called to tell  me I was finally in the system!!   I called my pharmacy and I was in the system.   I can't thank Kendra enough for her help!!
