I love this office. I love all the front desk staff, that includes the ladies that check us out. The wait time once I was brought into the room that wait time was a little long, 35 minutes, and I had my 5 year old with me;so it felt like an hour. But the Dr was awesome and knew her stuff.

Was there for walk-in. Easy sign in experience. Personable, friendly, and caring staff from the receptionist to the Dr. No long wait time, Dr actually took the time to listen and understand my situation. Test results came back quickly and when I called back I wasn't even on hold 3 minutes. Makes feeling crappy a not so hectic experience.

Dr. Ibarra is awesome! If you can't see your family practitioner, I highly recommend the walk-in clinic as a stellar backup option. It is easy to access care and the people are kind, courteous, and efficient.

Dr. Wong is very caring and empathetic. He listens to you and he is meticulous in his examination. He has a wonderful balance between being able to integrate his medicine art and people (listening) skills. He alwaysgives me what I need in counseling and medicines. He makes the visit a wonderful experience. I always recommend Dr. Wong to my family and friends as well as his wonderful practice at Eagle Physicians. It truly is an honor being a patient of Dr. Wong.

The staff was excellent and I got in to see the doctor quickly. I went in the middle of the day. The doctor was extremely brief and somewhat condescending regarding another health issue I am treated for. There was some confusion about scheduling a referral but that was kindly resolved by the staff. I will be signing on as a new patient to Eagle in a closer practice due to the care and helpfulness I received from the staff.
