The owner and caretaker are genuinely nice. The park is a bare bones buy. The sites are close to the road and railroad tracks. It is okay for one night on the way to a destination.

I've never personally stayed there but I visit someone who does and I don't feel like the owners take very much pride in taking care of the place.

Small park a couple of miles north of Price off of 191. Level gravel sites many shade trees but not much else here. There are no tables, restroom or shower facilities. Perfect for overnight without unhooking. Only one train passed at 9pm, otherwise peaceful night. We got a full hookup pull thru site for $25. Cash only. We will definitely stay again.

Bare-bones RV Park.....No Restroom or shower. Pads are a mixture of gravel and dirt. Park is dusty and dry. Feel lucky if you get a site with shade. Many do not. It is along side of Price River. The stream is full of concrete and other stuff and not very inviting. Husband who is a electrician says the electrical needs drastic updating and wouldn't meet code in some places. Advise surge protector. Views in the area are beautiful but none from the park. Done with the negative here are the positives. The price is great. It was basically quiet. The train was not an issue. Owner was gone but the stand in manager was friendly. Mixture of travelers and seasonal and their RVs were in good shape. Park has potential. With some investment it could be great.
