Needed information regarding a birthday gift I wanted to purchase online. Spoke with Kelli and within no time at all, the necklace was purchased and shipped out that day! I chose Priority Overnight shipping and received my order less than 24 hours after I placed it.

Customer service was AMAZING! Kelli was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. They didn’t try to upsell. They want to make sure you get something you like and stay in your budget. Overall it was an unforgettable experience.

Great to see they have a showroom but it's very small and not suitable if you hope to find something from their website.

ALL bluenile locations are showcase so don't expect any of them to have an inventory and the reason why I gave them a 5 star rating is because of the excellent customer service. They helped me find the PERFECT diamond at a much better quality AND price than those retail stores that's all about their name. I would never shop at a retail store when it comes to me buying my anniversary gift for my wife. I will be a returning to bluenile when that time comes.
